I stayed overnight with my partner in the ‘Bellisle’ room - a lovely golf themed room which was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a contemporary and cosy room in the heart of Ayr.
The decor of this hotel is very opulent and quite impressive. The bedrooms are themed and attention to detail makes each room very individual. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good as was the breakfast. Staff all very friendly.
My three-year-old daughter and I were here for three nights, and had a very peaceful stay. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were charming and very helpful. My daughter particularly loved the Christmas decorations! Definitely recommended.
We were fortunate to spend four nights at the Abbotsford Hotel in Ayr and meet the new owners who were in residence at the same time. They and all the staff treated us as if we were the only guests in the warm and welcoming inn. The Abbotsford Hotel in Ayr is a lovely place to stay.
The rooms had recently been refurbished rooms to a high standard with comfy beds and amazing shower. The food was delicious, especially breakfast and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The New Year Event was so much fun. We will definitely be returning.
